目的:研究X线摄影检出乳腺微钙化病变的患者采用MRI检查的临床诊断价值。方法:临床纳入65例我院2014年4月至2015年4月期间收治的乳腺病变患者,所有患者均进行X线摄影以及MRI检查,X线摄影检出微钙化病变。对X线摄影检出的微钙化病变进行分类,以病理诊断为标准,观察X线摄影、MRI对乳腺病变的诊断价值。结果:病理结果发现,良性病变患者31例,恶性病变患者34例。BI-RADS中3级、5级患者X线摄影、MRI诊断对比无差异(P>0.05)。BI-RADS中4级患者MRI诊断特异度、准确性分别为83.3%、91.9%,明显高于X线摄影的0%、67.6%,对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:MRI检查对BI-RADS中4级患者的诊断率有显著提高,而对于BI-RADS中3级、5级的患者诊断率与X线摄影无差异。
Objective: To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of patients with breast microcalcifications by X-ray photography. Methods: Sixty-five patients with breast lesions who were treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent X-ray and MRI examinations and X-ray examination to detect microcalcifications. The classification of microcalcification lesion detected by X-ray photography is based on pathological diagnosis, and the diagnostic value of X-ray photography and MRI on breast lesions is observed. Results: The pathological findings showed that there were 31 cases of benign lesions and 34 cases of malignant lesions. In BI-RADS, grade 3 and grade 5 patients had no difference in X-ray and MRI diagnosis (P> 0.05). The diagnostic accuracy and accuracy of MRI in grade 4 patients in BI-RADS were 83.3% and 91.9%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 0% and 67.6% of those in radiography (P <0.05). Conclusion: The MRI examination has significantly improved the diagnostic rate of grade 4 patients in BI-RADS. There is no difference between the grade 3 and grade 5 patients in BI-RADS and the radiography.
