2008年3月1日,《重庆市养犬管理暂行办法》(以下简称办法)正式施行,结束了重庆市民养犬无法可依的年代,标志着重庆市民养犬进入法制年代。从2008年3月1日到现在,《办法》已经施行四年多的时间,作为一个基层兽医工作者,本文就《办法》施行后的利弊进行分析,供相关人员参考。
March 1, 2008, “Chongqing Municipality, Interim Measures for the management of dog” (hereinafter referred to as the approach) came into effect, ended in Chongqing citizens can not rule the age of dogs, marking the public in Chongqing dog into the legal era. From March 1, 2008 to now, the Measures have been implemented for more than four years. As a veterinary worker at the grassroots level, this article analyzes the pros and cons of the “Measures” after implementation for reference by relevant personnel.
