事业成败,关键在人。人才问题一直是邓小平同志最为关注的一个重大的战略问题,人才理论是邓小平理论的重要内容。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们国家所取得的每一项重大成就无一不是与人才的开发紧紧联系在一起的,人才的重要性和战略地位已经成为全社会的共识。我国的人才开发事业方兴未艾,面向新世纪,邓小平同志在1978年3月18日全国科学大会上“一个人才辈出、群星灿烂的新时代必将很快到来”的预言,正在一步步成为现实。
The success of the business, the key is people. The issue of personnel has always been a major strategic issue that Comrade Deng Xiaoping has been most concerned about. Talent theory is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, every major achievement made by our country has been closely linked with the development of talented people. The importance and strategic position of talented people have become the consensus of the entire society. In the new century, Comrade Deng Xiaoping's prophecy of “a new generation with talented people and splendid new stars will soon come forth” at the National Science Conference on March 18, 1978, is gradually becoming a reality.
