用放射配基结合分析法(RBA)观察急性心肌梗塞(AMI)时不同心功能状态下以及不同梗塞部位的外周血淋巴细胞β受体的变化,并对其临床意义作初步探讨。结果表明:(1)AMI 患者血淋巴细胞β受体密度(Bmax)较对照组明显下降(P<0.001),平衡解离常数(Kd)无明显变化。(2)心功能为NYHAⅢ~Ⅳ级者较Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者Bmax 下降(P<0.05),而Kd 无明显差异。(3)前壁梗塞与下壁梗塞相比,Bmax 和Kd 的差异均无统计学意义.
Radiolobase binding assay (RBA) was used to observe the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte beta receptors in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) under different cardiac function and different infarction sites. The clinical significance was also discussed. The results showed that: (1) The B lymphocyte receptor density (Bmax) of AMI patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.001), and the equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) had no significant change. (2) The Bmax of cardiac function in patients with NYHA Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ was lower than that of patients with Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (P <0.05), but Kd had no significant difference. (3) There was no significant difference in Bmax and Kd between anterior infarction and inferior infarction.
