有些领导总喜欢把“没准备”作为自己发言、讲话前的开场白。乍听起来,似乎很“谦虚”和“诚实”,但仔细想一想,实则是一种哗众取宠的表现和不负责任的行为。“没准备”的真正用意在于标榜自己或为自己找退路。其潜台词就是:如果讲好了,则说明自己素质高、功底深,要不怎么会在没有准备的情况下如此这般呢?讲不好呢?也不是自己水平不高,而是由于自己工作繁忙,没时间认真地准备所致。所以,以“没准备”作“挡箭牌”,可谓进退都有路。
