目的研究人类组织激肽释放酶7(human tissue kallikreins 7,hK7)在正常前列腺、前列腺增生和前列腺癌3种组织中表达的差异及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法,利用组织芯片检测正常前列腺、前列腺增生及前列腺癌组织中hK7蛋白的表达情况。结果 hK7的表达在正常前列腺、前列腺增生和前列腺癌3种组织之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.014),在前列腺癌中的表达要比在正常前列腺及前列腺增生中的表达下降(P<0.05);而hK7在正常前列腺和前列腺增生中的表达水平之间差异无统计学意义。结论在前列腺癌组织中hK7的表达较正常和增生前列腺组织降低,hK7可能具有潜在抑制前列腺癌的作用。
Objective To study the difference and significance of human tissue kallikreins 7 (hK7) expression in normal prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hK7 protein in normal prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic cancer with tissue microarray. Results The expression of hK7 was significantly different between normal prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer (P = 0.014), but lower in normal prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression level of hK7 between normal prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Conclusion The expression of hK7 in prostate cancer tissues is lower than that in normal and hyperplastic prostate tissues. HK7 may have the potential to inhibit prostate cancer.
