Speaking at a technology conference at the Hamlet Light Venture Company in the United States, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Samos said that the transition from the old economy to the new one was essentially from an economy that produces tangible commodities to an economy that produces and applies knowledge. Under the economy, new ways of thinking are needed.
