略阳县是综合性妇幼卫生贷款项目县之一 ,1995年正式启动。为了了解略阳县项目工作实施 7年来 ,7岁以下儿童保健主要指标达标情况 ,本文对 1995年～ 2 0 0 1年的儿童保健服务及健康指标进行了分析。结果显示婴儿死亡率 2 0 0 1年为 2 1 17‰ (项目要求降至 6 0‰以下 ) ,5岁以下儿童死亡率 2 0 0 1年为 2 2 0 2‰ (项目要求降至 70‰以下 ) ,均达到项目的目标要求。 7岁以下儿童保健管理率逐年上升。由此可见 ,项目工作实施后妇幼保健管理服务及儿童健康水平明显提高。
Lueyang County is one of the comprehensive MCH lending counties and officially started in 1995. In order to know about the main indicators of health care for children under 7 years of age in the past seven years since the project implementation in Lüyang County was implemented, this paper analyzed the health services and indicators for children from 1995 to 2001. The results showed that the infant mortality rate was 21.17% in 2001 (the project requirements fell below 60%), and the mortality rate for children under 5 years old was 2220% in 2001 (the project requirement dropped to 70% The following), have reached the goal of the project requirements. The rate of child health management among children under 7 years of age has been increasing year by year. This shows that after the implementation of the project, MCH management services and child health have been significantly improved.
