新课改推进了教学改革,大力提倡素质教育。在小学阶段,语文教师要改变传统的教学观念与手段,单纯地强调知识点的传授已不适应当代语文教学,而应该着力于人的培养。要根据不同的教学内容,着力训练学生的思维,促进学生思维的发展。这些年,笔者通过营造民主氛围、正面鼓励评价以及多维思维等方式,有效地激发了学生学习语文的兴趣,引导学生主动探究,提升了学生的理解水平。
The new curriculum reform to promote teaching reform, vigorously promote quality education. In primary school, Chinese teachers want to change the traditional teaching concepts and means, simply emphasizing the imparting of knowledge point is not suitable for contemporary Chinese teaching, but should focus on human development. According to different teaching content, focus on training students’ thinking and promote the development of student thinking. In these years, the author has effectively stimulated students’ interest in learning Chinese by creating a democratic atmosphere, positively encouraging evaluation, and multi-dimensional thinking so as to guide students to take the initiative to explore and enhance their understanding of students.
