从我国城市基础设施六大系统入手,从新型城镇化、经济新常态、发展新阶段、设施补短板、缓解城市病、节约资源能源等多个角度,提出了我国推进城市综合管廊规划建设的必要性。同步梳理近两年我国推进综合管廊建设的相关情况,分析综合管廊在投融资和运营维护管理方面的特征与问题,并提出合理推进城市综合管廊规划建设的措施与建议。
Starting with the six systems of urban infrastructure in our country, we put forward some suggestions on promoting the planning and construction of integrated urban pipelines in our country from the aspects of new urbanization, new economic normal, new stage of development, shortening of facilities, alleviating urban diseases and saving resources and energy. Necessity. Simultaneously combing the relevant situations of promoting the comprehensive pipe gallery construction in China in the recent two years, analyzing the characteristics and problems of the integrated pipe gallery in terms of investment and financing and operation, maintenance and management, and putting forward the measures and suggestions to promote the planning and construction of the urban comprehensive pipe gallery reasonably.
