对横抽风冷式ＢＸ１型弧焊变压器的内部热交换进行了分析研究；经测试计算表明，在热平衡条件下，弧焊变压器的铜损和铁损功率与内部热交换功率是一致的。
The internal heat exchange of BX1 arc welding transformers with horizontal ventilation is analyzed. The test results show that the copper loss and iron loss of arc welding transformers are the same with the internal heat exchange power under the condition of heat balance.
