微波辐照下活性炭能够迅速升温,并对不吸波的粉末三氧化二铁进行还原,可制取粉末铁粉或氧化亚铁粉末。活性炭微粒大小及用量对还原反应有较大的影响,微粒越细,反应时间越短,所需活性碳量也少。并存在发生还原反应所需活性炭量的临界极小值。
Activated carbon under microwave irradiation can rapidly warming, and non-absorbing powder iron oxide reduction, powder iron powder or ferrous oxide powder can be prepared. The size and amount of activated carbon particles have a greater impact on the reduction reaction, the finer the particles, the shorter the reaction time, the amount of activated carbon required less. And there is a critical minimum amount of activated carbon required for the reduction reaction.
