中铁十五局集团电务工程有限公司,其前身是铁道兵直必第二通信、信号工程营和铁道兵第五师给水发电架红工程营,1984年元月一日奉国务院、中央军委命令集体转业,更名为铁道部第十五工程局电务工程处,1999年12月与铁道部脱钩,划归中央企业工作委员会管理。改为中铁二五局电务工程处,2001年11月,按照国有企业建立现代企业制度的总体要求,由中铁十五局批复,正式改制为中铁十局集团电务工程有限公司。
