目的:探讨应用PDCA循环管理儿内科住院患者,在提高护理满意度方面的效果。方法:选择2013年8月—2013年12月儿内科住院患者630例为对照组,常规管理护理满意度;选择2014年1月—2014年5月儿内科住院患者612例为观察组,采用PDCA循环管理护理满意度。通过回访中心电话进行满意度调查,收集患者意见建议,观察和比较两组护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合回访中心应用PDCA循环管理护理满意度,能有效提高儿内科临床护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of using PDCA to manage pediatric inpatients in order to improve nursing satisfaction. Methods: 630 inpatients with pediatric internal medicine from August 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing was routinely managed. 612 inpatients with pediatric internal medicine from January 2014 to May 2014 were selected as the observation group and PDCA Circulation management nursing satisfaction. Satisfaction surveys were conducted through the call center to collect patient opinions and suggestions, and the satisfaction and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The joint care center of follow-up with PDCA can effectively improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing in children.
