采用预置晶种法制备了Y-β复合分子筛,并对其结构进行表征。红外、SEM、BET和XRD等表征说明其具有Y、β两种分子筛的结构特征,而并非Y、β分子筛的机械混合。对合成工艺条件进行考察发现,晶化时间、n(硅)/n(铝)和碱度影响着复合分子筛中Y、β两种分子筛的比例。考察了催化剂在乙醇氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯反应中的活性,结果表明,Y-β复合分子筛结合了Y、β分子筛的优点,晶化时间为180 h、n(硅)/n(铝)为36、碱度为1.8的复合分子筛催化剂转化率为1.3%,选择性为46.9%。
The Y-β composite molecular sieve was prepared by the pre-seeding method and its structure was characterized. The characterization by IR, SEM, BET and XRD indicates that it has the structural characteristics of both Y and β zeolites but not the mechanical mixing of Y and β molecular sieves. The synthesis process conditions were investigated found that the crystallization time, n (silicon) / n (aluminum) and alkalinity affect the molecular sieve Y, β molecular sieve ratio. The results showed that the Y-β composite zeolite combines the advantages of Y and β molecular sieves. The crystallization time is 180 h and the molar ratio of n (Si) / n (Al) 36, basicity of 1.8 composite zeolite catalyst conversion rate of 1.3%, the selectivity of 46.9%.
