目的对辽宁省阜新市阜新蒙古族自治县2005～2009年传染病报告疫情按常规分类进行流行病学统计分析,为制定阜新蒙古族自治县传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法依据国家疾病报告管理信息系统数据进行统计分析。结果 2005～2009年5年累计传染病报告发病19种5464例,年平均报告发病率为149.44/10万,各年发病率呈上升趋势。结论阜新蒙古族自治县传染病疫情形势依然严峻,主要以呼吸道、肠道和血源及性传播传染病为主,今后应采取多种有效的防控措施,控制传染病发生。
Objective To investigate epidemiological reports of infectious diseases in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2009 by epidemiological analysis and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County. Methods Based on the data of the national disease report management information system for statistical analysis. Results A total of 5464 cases of 19 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in the five years from 2005 to 2009, with an annual average incidence of 149.44 / 100 000, with an increasing trend in each year. Conclusion The epidemic situation of communicable diseases in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County is still severe. The main diseases are respiratory, intestinal and blood-borne diseases and sexually transmitted infections. In the future, various effective prevention and control measures should be taken to control the occurrence of infectious diseases.
