2011年6月至10月间,笔者参加了泉州市农村中学校长教育管理能力提升培训班。学习期间,培训班组织了小组讨论、班级交流、个别沟通等多种方式的研讨,话题常涉及到一个问题,当前农村初中学校出现“学生逐减,师生比率增大”的现象。在研讨中就以下几个问题都有共同的认识。
June 2011 to October, I participated in Quanzhou rural middle school principals education management ability to enhance the training class. During the study period, the training class organized seminars in various forms such as group discussion, class exchange and individual communication. The topics often involve a problem. At present, the phenomenon of “decreasing students, increasing teacher-student ratio” appears in rural junior high schools. In the seminar on the following issues have a common understanding.
