1981年11月5日至8日在北京召开了全国统筹法施工经验交流会。这次会议是在中国建筑学会和中国优选法、统筹法与经济学研究会的支持下,由中国建筑学会施工学术委员会和北京统筹法研究会联合举办的。这次会议总结交流了在建筑施工中应用统筹法的经验和科学研究成果,进一步明确了统筹法施工的科研方向,为实现科学管理,提高施工管理水平起了很大作用。会议交流的论文和经验总结共71篇,它集中地反映了我国十多年来应用统筹法的科技成就,这些论文有适合施工需要的各种网络图画法和计算方法,有简易调整法、通用网络、流水网络、座标网络、新横道图法
From November 5th to 8th, 1981, a National Conference for the Exchange of Experience on Uniform Law Construction was held in Beijing. The conference was organized jointly by the China Construction Association Construction Academic Committee and the Beijing Co-ordination Law Research Society with the support of the China Institute of Architects and the China Optimization Law and the Coordination Law and Economic Research Society. This meeting summarized and exchanged experience and scientific research results in the application of integrated laws in building construction, and further clarified the direction of scientific research for the construction of integrated laws, which played a significant role in achieving scientific management and improving the level of construction management. A total of 71 dissertations and experiences were exchanged in the conference, which reflected the scientific and technological achievements of China’s application of integrated laws for more than a decade. These papers have various online drawing methods and calculation methods suitable for construction needs, and there are simple adjustment methods.
