通过大量的调研和实践,对传统的水蒸气加热炉的方式、方法进行设计、改造,提出了一种新型的水蒸气加热炉;把饱和水蒸汽转变为过热蒸汽,解决了现有钢管镀锌镀层吹扫问题;利用烟道余热既环保又节能;新材料的使用配以先进的温度调节方式,使加热炉的使用寿命大大提高。
