随着社会的发展和高等教育大众化,学生出现了多元发展的趋势。常州轻院树立“以人为本,促进学生全面发展”的理念,成立了学习发展指导中心,通过专业教师积极参与,坚持同辈辅导,坚持专业化方向,不断开发校友资源来推动和优化学生的多元发展,学生在学习、专业技能方面有较大提升。这一模式在操作性、实用性方面有较强推广价值,对教育教学改革有一定的推动作用。
