比较观察丙氧鸟苷与无环鸟苷两种滴眼剂治疗单疱性角膜炎３４例，两者疗效相似。树枝状角膜炎组两种药物的显效率分别为６３．６４％和７２．７３％，有效率分别为９０．９１％和８１．８２％。单疱性角膜炎总显效率分别为４７．０６％和５８．８２％，有效率均为８２．４％。扩大临床类型，用丙氧鸟苷共治疗单疱性角膜炎４５例，显效率为６４．４４％，有效率为８８．９％。本研究结果表明，丙氧鸟苷是一种治疗单疱性角膜炎的有效抗病毒制剂。
Comparison of ganciclovir and acyclovir two eye drops treatment of unilateral keratitis in 34 cases, the two similar efficacy. The effective rates of the two drugs in dendritic keratitis group were 63.64% and 72.73%, respectively, and the effective rates were 90.91% and 81.82% respectively. The total effective rate of bullous keratitis were 47.06% and 58.82% respectively, and the effective rates were 82.4%. Expand the clinical type, with gonadotropin in the treatment of 45 cases of unilateral keratitis, markedly effective rate was 64.44%, the effective rate was 88.9%. The results of this study suggest that ganobonoside is a potent antiviral agent for the treatment of unicellular keratitis.
