自20世纪80年代以来,比较管理研究领域出现了一批以文化为研究视角,对不同国家(地区)的企业管理模式进行比较研究的理论,掀起了一轮文化视角下的比较管理研究热潮。本文对霍夫斯泰德文化五维度理论、福山信任理论、萨克森宁地区文化理论等经典理论进行了梳理与评述。在此基础上,进一步总结文化视角下比较管理分析范式的特点与局限性。
Since the 1980s, a number of theories have emerged in the area of comparative management research that take cultural studies as a perspective to conduct a comparative study of business management modes in different countries and regions, setting off a wave of comparative management studies from a cultural perspective. This thesis reviews and comments on the classical theories of Hofstede’s Five-Dimensional Theory of Culture, Fukuyama’s Theory of Trust, and Saxonin’s Cultural Theory. On this basis, we further summarize the characteristics and limitations of comparative management paradigms from a cultural perspective.
