[案例描述] 1.展示现实情境。东台市文化广场里有一块空地, 计划在上面铺设草坪。为了早日完工,市政府把它分成面积相等的三块,承包给甲、乙、丙三个工程队去铺设。为了便于分工,三个工程队又分别把各自的任务平均分成了若干的块数。工程中途,为推进工程进度,市政府决定对进度快、质量好的工程队进行奖励,于是派考察组到现场进行考察。下面是考察组所写的考察情况:
