北京市国土资源和房屋管理局主要职责北京市国土资源和房屋管理局是全市房屋、土地、地质、矿产、住房制度改革工作的职能部门,其主要职责是:1.组织编制、修订北京市土地利用总体规划、中长期规划,住房制度改革的中长期规划,并组织实施;安排土地利用年度计划;研究拟定北京市房地产市场的发展规划和年度计划。
