作者根据多孔固体催化剂工程设计中有效系数的定义,结合颗粒油页岩半焦(以下简称半焦)燃烧的特点,提出了用燃烧过程有效系数来研究半焦的燃烧过程,并根据半焦燃烧属于不变粒径的缩核反应,导出了有效系数的数学表达式,进而提出了缩核反应模型的适用性判据。作者还从理论上导得了燃烧过程有效系数最小点位置的表达式,并用燃烧过程有效系数的理论,对抚顺及茂名半焦的燃烧过程作了分析。
Based on the definition of effective coefficient in porous solid catalyst engineering design and combined with the characteristics of the combustion of granular oil shale semi-coke, the author proposed to study the combustion process of semi-coke by using the effective coefficient of combustion process, Belongs to the invariant particle shrinkage reaction, and derives the mathematical expression of the effective coefficient, and then puts forward the applicability criterion of the model.
