E514联合收割机在作业中,常因收割台摇杆胶套损坏而不能正常作业,严重影响收获进度。针对这一问题,我们参照胶套的尺寸和工作原理,采用204轴承替代胶套,经一年的使用验证,效果较好。改装方法是:利用原胶套的外壳,内装204轴承2个,在2个轴承中间加间隔套,轴承内注入黄油,两端自制挡盖。原胶套是用M16螺栓紧固的,改用轴承后,根据轴承内径尺寸,改用M20螺栓紧固。
