根据国务院第91次常务会议审议通过的非行政许可审批事项清理工作意见,按照《国务院审改办关于及时调整公布审批事项的通知》(审改办函〔2015〕32号)要求,现将我局需要调整的行政审批事项公告如下:1.商标注册由非行政许可审批事项调整为具有行政确认性质的事项;2.驰名商标认定由非行政许可审批事项调整为具有行政裁决性质的事项;3.特殊标志登记由非行政许可审批事项调整为具有行政确认性质的事项;
