回旋质谱计(几)自50年代初期被研制出来后进行了大量的理论与实验研究工作,迄今已发表了一百余篇研究报告,至于应用它来进行分析工作的文献则更多,对回旋质谱计的研制工作在六0年代前期达到顶峰。随着大量的理论与实际问题陆续被介决,加之由于进一步改进性能的局限性,从六十年代中期有关回旋质谱计的文献逐渐减少。但到七十年代初还陆续有一些新的研究工作报告发表,至于用回旋质谱计进行气体分析的报导仍屡见不鲜。
A large number of theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out on cyclotron spectrometers (several) since the early 1950s. So far, more than one hundred research reports have been published, and there are even more literatures on which analytical work can be applied. The development of mass spectrometry peaked in the 1960s. As a large number of theoretical and practical issues have been resolved, coupled with the limitations of further improving performance, the literature on cyclotron spectrometry from the mid-1960s has been gradually reduced. However, some new research reports have been published in the early 1970s, and the reports of gas analysis using cyclotron spectrometers are still rare.
