开发研制了由PC机、混凝土早期塑性收缩数据采集系统、激光位移传感器、移动存储设备等组成的完全非接触式混凝土早期塑性收缩仪。介绍了混凝土早期塑性收缩仪的基本组成、操作步骤、功能特点及基于三角反射法的测试原理。试验结果表明,该仪器可以对混凝土或砂浆的早期塑性收缩变形实现全过程测量,具有方便、可靠、连续、精确的特点。
Developed a completely noncontact concrete early plastic shrinkage instrument composed of PC, early plastic shrinkage data acquisition system of concrete, laser displacement sensor, mobile storage equipment and so on. The basic composition, operation procedure, function and characteristics of the early plastic shrinkage meter and the test principle based on the triangulation method are introduced. The test results show that the instrument can measure the whole process of early plastic shrinkage deformation of concrete or mortar, which is convenient, reliable, continuous and accurate.
