目的探讨富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白/骨连接素2(SPOCK2)及基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法通过免疫组化技术检测中国医科大学附属盛京医院2008年1月至2013年1月收治的卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌40例、正常卵巢组织10例及卵巢异位内膜组织11例中SPOCK2及MMP2蛋白表达,比较各组织中SPOCK2及MMP2的表达差异及两种蛋白表达的相关性。结果卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中SPOCK2蛋白表达显著低于正常卵巢组织及异位内膜组织(P<0.05),SPOCK2蛋白表达与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的分化程度及分期无关(P>0.05);卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中MMP2蛋白表达显著高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢异位内膜组织(P<0.05),MMP2蛋白表达与卵巢内膜样腺癌分化程度及临床分期具有相关性(P<0.05)。SPOCK2及MMP2蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 SPOCK2表达缺失可能与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的发生相关,MMP2蛋白表达增加可能与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的进展具有相关性,参与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的的侵袭、转移过程。
Objective To investigate the role of cysteine-rich acidic secreted proteins / osteoclastin 2 (SPOCK2) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) in the development of ovarian endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 40 cases of ovarian endometrial adenocarcinoma, 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 11 cases of ovarian ectopic endometrial carcinoma from Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2008 to January 2013. SPOCK2 and MMP2 protein expression, compared the expression of SPOCK2 and MMP2 in each tissue differences and the correlation between the two protein expression. Results The expression of SPOCK2 protein in ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue and ectopic endometrial tissues (P <0.05). The expression of SPOCK2 protein was not associated with the differentiation and stage of ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma (P > 0.05). The expression of MMP2 protein in ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian endometriotic tissue (P <0.05). The expression of MMP2 protein was correlated with the differentiation degree and clinical stage of ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma With correlation (P <0.05). The expression of SPOCK2 and MMP2 protein in ovarian endometrial adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The loss of SPOCK2 expression may be related to the occurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma in ovary. The increased expression of MMP2 may be related to the progression of ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma, which is involved in the invasion and metastasis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of ovary .
