ＨＰＬＣ法测定维生素Ｅ（微囊）硬胶囊与咀嚼片的含量，采用十八烷基键合相柱、甲醇流动相、检测波长２８５ｎｍ，两种制剂的回收率分别为９９．３２％和９９．７２％，相对标准偏差为０．５８％和０．６１％（ｎ＝５）。方法快速简便，准确可靠，重现性良好。测定结果表明，两种制剂稳定性良好。
The content of vitamin E (microcapsule) hard capsule and chewable tablet was determined by HPLC method. The octadecane bonded phase and methanol mobile phase were used. The detection wavelength was 285 nm. The recoveries of the two preparations were 99.32% and 99% respectively. 72% with relative standard deviations of 0.58% and 0.61% (n = 5). The method is fast, simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. The results show that the stability of the two preparations is good.
