目的 :为了了解泌尿系结石形成的机理 ,观察一水草酸钙 (COM)晶体在纯水和NaCl溶液模拟体系中的聚集行为 .方法 :利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)观察COM的生长和聚集 .结果 :在纯水中 ,COM叉生聚集 ,其 (1-0 1)晶面受到制约 ,以 (0 10 )晶面外延生长 ;而在NaCl溶液中 ,COM以簇合形式聚集 ,COM原有的晶面未受影响 ,因而 (1-0 1)晶面生长较快 .结论 :NaCl溶液中COM晶体的簇合聚集接近人体结石中草酸钙晶体的聚集形态 .研究COM晶体的聚集方式有助于了解泌尿系结石形成的机理 ,为结石症的研究提供新的思维方式
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of formation of urinary calculi, the aggregation behavior of mono calcium oxalate (COM) crystals in pure water and NaCl solution simulation system was observed.Methods: The growth and aggregation of COM were observed by scanning electron microscopy In pure water, COM aggregates and its (1-0 1) crystal plane is restricted and epitaxially grows with (0 10) crystal plane. In NaCl solution, COM aggregates in the form of cluster, while COM original (1-0 1) crystal plane grew faster.Conclusion: Cluster aggregation of COM crystals in NaCl solution is close to the aggregate form of calcium oxalate crystals in human calculus.The study of the aggregation mode of COM crystals contributes to Understand the mechanism of urolithiasis, providing a new way of thinking for the study of stone disease
