中国的社会主义市场经济处于一个飞速发展的过程中,中国企业的竞争日益激烈,在这种形势下出现了许多规模庞大的集团公司,然而,庞大的规模为集团公司的财务管控带来了很大的困难。如今,集团公司面临的竞争越来越大,然而不少的集团公司在财务管控上存在着问题,本文分析了集团公司在财务管控上存在的一些问题,并且提出了相关的解决对策。
