115对自然流产夫妇染色体分析

我们检查的１１５例自然流产的夫妇中，染色体核型异常者６例，占受检总数的２．６０％。异常核型主要为染色体易位，提出染色体易位是导致自然流产的原因之一。

Of the 115 spontaneous abortion couples we examined, 6 were abnormal in karyotypes, accounting for 2.60% of the total number of subjects examined. Abnormal karyotype mainly chromosomal translocation, put forward chromosomal translocation is one of the reasons leading to spontaneous abortion.
