水电部黄河水利委员会于二月下旬在陕西省绥德县主持召开了黄河流域水土保持科研成果、经验交流会。黄河流域八省(区)水保局(处)及水保科研站(所),中科院西北水保所、地理所,国际泥沙研究培训中心,有关院校,黄委会所属科研单位和有关部门,共63个单位的86名代表出席了会议。会议收到科研成果、论文、报告共160多篇。 这次会议贯彻了黄河中游水土保持委员会第二次会议和科研工作座谈会议精神,交流了近几年来的科研成果和经验,讨论了“七五”期间黄河流域水保科研重点项目,酝酿讨论了协作攻关等问题。 黄河流域的水土保持科研工作,1979年在西峰
The Yellow River Conservancy Commission of Ministry of Water Resources held a conference on scientific research and experience of soil and water conservation in the Yellow River Basin in late February in Suide County, Shaanxi Province. The Yellow River Basin eight provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Soil and Water Conservation Research Institute (Institute), the Northwest Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Geography, International Silt Research and Training Center, the relevant institutions, the Yellow River Research Institute affiliated institutions and related Department, a total of 63 units of 86 representatives attended the meeting. Meeting received scientific research, papers, reports a total of more than 160 articles. The meeting implemented the spirit of the second meeting of the Yellow River Basin Soil and Water Conservation Commission and the symposium on scientific research, exchanged scientific research achievements and experiences in recent years, and discussed key scientific research projects of soil and water conservation in the Yellow River Basin during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” Collaborative research and other issues.
