为模拟综采面坚硬顶板弱化现象,在实验室预制了150 cm×30 cm×30 cm和200 cm×20 cm×20 cm 2种不同尺寸的混凝土试块,进行了2种不同孔径和孔深的深孔静态破碎试验。通过对破裂过程的应变测试和理论分析,揭示了静态破碎混凝土时产生的破裂裂纹长度及扩展的规律,试验结果对工程设计和施工具有一定的指导意义。
In order to simulate the weakening phenomenon of hard roof in fully mechanized coal mining face, two kinds of concrete specimens with different sizes of 150 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm and 200 cm × 20 cm × 20 cm were prefabricated in the laboratory. Through the strain test and theoretical analysis of the rupture process, the rupture crack length and propagation rule of the static crushing concrete are revealed. The test results are of guiding significance to engineering design and construction.
