为了解不同生态区与烤烟蔗糖代谢关键酶活性变化的差异,采集关键生产时期K326的烟样,对不同生态区烟叶的蔗糖代谢关键酶活性进行测定与分析。结果表明:淀粉酶(AMS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)与不同生态区之间和不同生长时期间的差异均达到极显著水平,生态区与生长时期的交互作用对淀粉酶(AMS)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性的影响均达极显著水平。
In order to understand the difference of key enzyme activities of sucrose metabolism in different ecological regions and flue-cured tobacco, K326 samples from key production periods were collected to determine and analyze the key enzyme activities of sucrose metabolism in different ecological regions. The results showed that there was significant difference between amylase (AMS), sucrose synthase (SS) and different ecological zones and different growth stages. The interaction between ecological zone and growth stage had significant influence on the activities of amylase (AMS), sucrose Phosphate synthase (SPS), sucrose synthase (SS) activity of the reached a significant level.
