当前,各地积极贯彻落实中办、国办和广电部有关文件精神,千方百计加大广播电视事业投入,加快有线广播电视网建设。这种势头诚然可喜,但亦有“萝卜快了不洗泥”的隐忧。据了解,特别是在农村一些县区,这种情况更为严重。
