分析了弧齿锥齿轮数控加工中产形轮和工件齿轮之间的展成运动,建立了弧齿锥齿轮齿面的数学模型。提出了弧齿锥齿轮数控加工的直接插补算法,确定了铣齿刀盘中心运动和工件齿轮旋转运动之间的关系。将该算法应用于自主研制的弧齿锥齿轮数控铣齿机中,实现了对弧齿锥齿轮的切齿加工。最后通过实例对该数学模型和插补算法进行了说明和验证。
The forming movement between the gear wheel and the workpiece gear in the spiral bevel gear NC machining is analyzed. The mathematical model of the gear face of the spiral bevel gear is established. The direct interpolation algorithm of CNC machining of spiral bevel gear was put forward to determine the relationship between the center of milling cutter and the rotation of workpiece gear. The algorithm is applied to the self-developed spiral bevel gear numerical control gear milling machine to realize the gear cutting of the spiral bevel gear. Finally, the mathematical model and interpolation algorithm are illustrated and verified by examples.
