众所周知X12M钢在铸造状态下具有苯氏体类型的组织。共晶体在锻造时被打碎,锻造及退火后的组织为索氏体型的珠光体和过剩的合金碳化物。淬火后的组织为马氏体和残余奥氏体及过剩碳化物,残余奥氏体的含量随淬火温度的提高而增加。据资料介绍,当淬火温度为1050℃时,残余奥氏体的含量为12%左右,淬火温度为1180℃时,残余奥氏体的含量即增至95%左右。X12M钢用于冷冲模热压模及滚丝轮等工具,目前工厂中对该材料热处理时采用的淬火温度一般为950~1040℃,致使工件的红硬性差寿命低。我厂过去对该材料制成的滚丝轮,系采用1040℃淬火,200℃低温回
