以6例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)综合征患者为研究对象,观察氧疗对其跨膜肺动脉压(PAP)周期性变化的影响。随机选择患者在吸入室内空气和吸入氧气时的呼吸暂停各15次,并测其跨膜PAP。在吸氧过程中,所有患者呼吸暂停时的SaO_2均较高,且变化极小,PCO_2亦较高;通常在呼吸暂停发作末期,跨膜PAP即达到其最高值,仅2例患者PAP明显低于呼吸室内空气的值。由于呼吸暂停初期,最低PAP降低,所以吸空气和吸氧过程中呼吸暂停时的PAP增加程度无差别。上述2例患者PCO_2增加最少。另有1例吸氧较吸空气呼吸暂停末期跨膜PAP明显增高,其余
Six patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome were studied, and the effect of oxygen therapy on the periodic change of transmembrane pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) was observed.
