用最新获得的高分辨率单道地震剖面对南黄海盆地上部构造层进行了进一步划分,结合钻井资料,对晚第三纪中、晚期以来南黄海盆地的构造特征和环境演变进行了探讨;研究表明,浅层地震剖面揭示的声波基底代表了渐新世末-中新世初南黄海盆地的基本形态.通过穿越盆地的典型地震剖面与重力布格异常、磁力异常剖面进行综合对比,识别出盆地边缘断裂以及一些盆地内部构造,并将其声波基底划分为盆地型、古生界型和岩浆侵入体型3种基底岩相类型.
