沧州石化为降低原油成本,采用劣质化原油加工方案,渣油金属含量升高不能进催化裂化装置掺渣,渣油利用率降低。为充分利用催化裂化装置富余加工能力,优化原油组合和加工方案,采用分储分炼方式,将低金属含量的华北、蒙古和赛罕等石蜡基原油进特定原油调和罐储存,单独进常减压加工,减压渣油利用指定延迟焦化原料罐单独储存。加工劣质原油时,石蜡基减渣进催化裂化装置掺炼,依靠焦化蜡油线进行输送掺渣。因石蜡基减渣黏度大,混合输送要尽量控制较高温度,以提高两者的混合程度与流动性。此外,由于石蜡基减渣生焦率高,根据催化裂化装置原料库存和外取热产汽量等实际情况,一般控制掺渣比例在10%以内。分储分炼的应用,使石蜡基减渣利用率得到提高,缓解了原油劣质化后催化裂化原料不足的问题,同时增产了高附加值汽油产品,每吨石蜡基减渣进催化裂化装置比进延迟焦化装置增加经济效益240.73元。
