(一)某地苦水,硬度及硫酸根均远超过允许范围。苦水能使兔十二指肠紧张度减弱,收缩振幅变小甚或消失;使狗胃蛋白酶活性下降。使蟾蜍或蛙心律不齐,振幅变小甚至颤动,对狗心电图的影响尚不能肯定。(二)地椒草挥发油的橄榄油溶液能解除苦水对兔肠引起的不良影响;对狗胃蛋白酶活性则无影响。水溶性物质能解除苦水对蟾蜍或蛙心引起的不良影响。(三)挥发油中含有十六种化学成份。对其中十种成份,以及同属异种地椒草挥发油中的两种成份,共十二种成份进行兔肠试验。其中六种无效,另六种成份虽对苦水的不良影响有缓解作用,但效果反而较总挥发油差。(四)挥发油的小白鼠半致死剂量为0.107克/公斤。水溶性物质为96.79克/公斤。最大耐受量近似值分别为0.01和0.40克/公斤。 (五)“认识从实践始,经过实践得到了理论的认识,还须再回到实践去”。现正约请有关医院对挥发油进行临床试验。 (1) bitter water in a certain place, hardness and sulfate are far beyond the allowable range. (d) The lethal dose of volatile oil to mice is 0.107 g/kg. The water-soluble substance is 96.79 g/kg. The approximate maximum tolerance values ​​were 0.01 and 0.40 g/kg, respectively. (5) “Awareness begins with practice and has gained theoretical knowledge through practice. It must be returned to practice.” We are now requesting the relevant hospitals to conduct clinical trials on volatile oils.
