交通部港口科技网成立已经20个年头了。这期间是我国改革开放、各行各业大展宏图辉煌的20年,也是港口网值得纪念和欢庆的20年。回想起网的成立大会在上海召开的情景至今仍历历在目,好象是不久前的事。20年来,我作为湛江港的联系人参加了许多次网的活动,如第一次科技情报人员学习班;大连、黄埔的改革经验交流会;上海的情报业务工作经验交流会;南通联系人工作会议;湛江举办的港口工属具培训班、交流会、国外机械设备引进技术交流会;大连接卸废钢技术交流会……还有在南宁、无锡、成都、海南、镇
Ministry of Transportation Port Science and Technology Network has been established for 20 years. During this 20 years of reform and opening up of our country, all walks of life have demonstrated their great success and are also two decades worth commemorating and celebrating the port network. Recalling the establishment of the network General Assembly held in Shanghai scene is still vivid, seems to be something not so recent.
