此次检查从4月5日开始,到5月底结束,检查的范围是全国所有地区、行业(领域)的企业,重点检查煤矿、非煤矿山、化工、烟花爆竹、冶金有色、道路交通运输、水上交通、铁路运输、民航、建筑施工、水利、电力等领域的企业。3月28日13时40分,由中煤一建公司63处建设的华晋焦煤公司山西王家岭煤矿碟子沟项目部发生透水事故。据初步统计,事发时共有261人在井下作业,其中108人升井,153人被困井下。

At 13:40 on March 28, a water permeation accident occurred at the Dishzigou Project Department of Shanxi Wangjialing Coal Mine of China Jinjin Coking Coal Company, which was built by 63 CNCCIC Construction Company. According to preliminary statistics, a total of 261 people were working downhole during the incident, of which 108 were raised and 153 were trapped underground.
