近些年,由于大量高校毕业生就业困难,技工院校毕业生如何在激烈的人才市场竞争中占据一席之地,成为技工院校最为重视的问题之一。在诸多专业类别中,财会专业是各个院校普遍开设的专业,虽有着广泛的市场需求,但每年的毕业生量也十分巨大。但在现实财会专业毕业生就业中,却出现两极分化,一方面企事业单位有用人需求,却找不到合适的人才;另一方面财会毕业生数量充足,却无法实现有效就业。一定程度上反映出目前财会专业教学与社会需求实践的契合度不高,针对这一问题,以财会专业毕业生就业为导向,分析了技工院校财会专业课程教学中存在的问题,探讨改进教学质量的必要性,提出具有针对性的优化措施。
In recent years, due to the employment difficulties of a large number of college graduates, how to make a place for technical college graduates to compete in the fierce talent market has become one of the most important problems for technical institutions. Among the many specialized categories, accounting major is a universally established specialty in various institutions. Although it has a wide range of market demands, the annual volume of graduates is also huge. However, in the actual employment of graduates of finance and accounting major, there is polarization. On the one hand, there are needs of employers and employers but no suitable talents can be found. On the other hand, the number of graduates of accounting and finance is sufficient but they can not be effectively employed. To some extent, it reflects that the current fit between professional accounting teaching and social demand practice is not high. In response to this problem, taking the employment of accounting graduates as a guide, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of specialized accounting major in technical colleges and universities, The necessity of quality, put forward the targeted optimization measures.
