Describes the needs and implementation of network management in CIMS environment. In the realization of network management, based on the National 863 / CIMS Application Demonstration Project, Web technology is applied to the network management system, which effectively improves the way that network users manage the network. Finally, the latest development trend of network management technology is expounded.
