为测量键槽的歪斜,位移和不同轴度,重型机器制造电钢厂制作了几种测量装置。一、测量轴上键槽歪斜与移位的装置(图1) 它由键1、杠杆2和指示表5组成。杠杆2用螺钉3和定位销4紧固在键1上;千分表5用螺钉6紧固在杠杆2上。装置借键1插入键槽内使之与其底接触。并向键槽的一个侧面压紧,千分表5调整到零位。然后,整个装置沿着键槽全长移动,指示表指针的偏转数值则指示出键槽相对轴线歪斜的大小。
To measure the skew, displacement and misalignment of keyways, heavy-gauge machines made several measurements at the electric mill. First, measuring the shaft skew and shift device (Figure 1) It consists of key 1, lever 2 and the indicator 5 form. The lever 2 is fastened to the key 1 with a screw 3 and a positioning pin 4; the dial indicator 5 is fastened to the lever 2 with a screw 6.
