近几年来,在鼓励非公有制经济发展政策的引导下,我省民革党员企业家抓住机遇,积极发展自己,同时不忘回报社会。这几年我省民革党员兴办的经济实体得到了较快发展。一是数量增多。据不完全统计,民革党员兴办的各类经济实体由80年代的少数几家增加到今天的40多家。二是规模增大,实力增强。经过多年艰苦创业,这些经济实体大多达到了一定的规模。如江苏太平洋工程集团公司已成为“江苏百强私营企业”之一和“中国百强民营企业”之一。淮安三益电器有限公司是“淮安市十强私营企业”之一。镇江江南磁选设备厂成为国内除铁器行业三强之一。三是经营、管理水平提高。民革企业家在生产、经营实践中,摸索、形成了一套符合自身实际的管理方法。淮安三益电器有限公司被淮安市评为“企业管理优秀企业”。镇江江南磁选设备厂狠抓质量管理,通过了ISO9002
